S4C Training is a strength and conditioning program designed specifically for soccer players. The training regime focuses on our 4 core metrics:

  1. Strength
  2. Speed
  3. Skill
  4. Conditioning

Our program combines strength and conditioning with soccer specific skills and drills to develop speed, power, and technique. Athletes are led by experienced coaches through a variety of exercises and drills with an emphasis on proper mechanics. Athletes will perform weightlifting, plyometrics, gymnastics and soccer skills to become faster, stronger, and more confident players.

Soccer is unique: it requires an incredible amount of strength, speed, skill, and conditioning. 90 minutes, no time outs, limited subs. Elite players need to move at variable speeds from sprinting to jogging for an entire game, covering on average 6-8 miles, all while maintaining the ability to attack, defend, and create.

A skillful player without strength and stamina is easily defended once he/she tires. A strong and fit player without skill is a liability with the ball at his/her foot. To become elite, a soccer player must be strong, fast and skillful for 90 minutes.
