Our Sports Performing program is designed for the competitive athlete looking to take their game to the next level.
At FI Training, we stress the importance of foundational fitness. Anyone can (and should) benefit from increased strength, balance, and cardiovascular endurance. But for those of you who have sports specific goals in mind- like collegiate sports, running a marathon, completing an Ironman triathlon, or shooting, joining the circus, we can design and implement a training regime specific to your sport or desired outcome.
Our goal is to help you achieve your goal through a strength and conditioning program designed to increase athleticism, prevent injuries, and put you in the best position to win!
We offer one-on-one training, as well as team training for groups and clubs hoping to train together and foster the team dynamic that leads to success on the field, court, or rink.
